International Orders

For international orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted in principle.

However, if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

After confirming the details, we will determine whether an exchange or refund is possible.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, shipping fees, and any related costs are non-refundable.
