Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the online store service provided by CABINE° (“the Store”). By using this Store, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 — Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between the customer and the Store regarding the use of this service.

Article 2 — Formation of Sales Contract

When a customer places an order through the Store and the Store accepts the order, the order will be considered received.

A sales contract shall be deemed to be established when the Store sends an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, or other equivalent notice to the customer.

Even after an order has been placed, the Store may cancel the order in cases such as product unavailability, incorrect customer information, payment failure, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 3 — Product Information

The Store makes every effort to provide accurate product information, prices, specifications, images, and related details.

However, the actual color or appearance of the product may differ depending on the viewing environment, device settings, or other conditions.

Article 4 — Prohibited Acts

Customers must not engage in any of the following acts when using the Store:

・Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
・Registration of false information
・Acts that infringe the rights, interests, reputation, or credibility of third parties or the Store
・Unauthorized access or acts that place an unreasonable burden on the system
・Purchases for resale purposes or any other acts that the Store deems inappropriate

Article 5 — Payment Methods and Payment Timing

Customers shall pay for products and related fees using the payment methods specified by the Store.

The timing of payment shall be subject to the terms and conditions of each payment service provider.

Article 6 — Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timing, shipping methods, and delivery conditions shall follow the Shipping Policy separately established by the Store or the information stated on each product page.

For orders shipped to the United States, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after the order is confirmed.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local delivery conditions, weather, transportation conditions, peak seasons, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 7 — Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations shall follow the Returns and Refunds Policy separately established by the Store.

For international orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted in principle.

However, if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

After confirming the details, the Store will determine whether an exchange or refund is possible.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, shipping fees, and any related costs are non-refundable.

Article 8 — Changes to the Service

The Store may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of this service without prior notice.

Article 9 — Disclaimer

The Store shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Store.

The Store shall also not be liable for damages caused by communication line failures, system failures, natural disasters, delivery delays, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances not attributable to the Store.

Article 10 — Changes to These Terms

The Store may revise these Terms when it deems necessary without prior notice to the customer.

The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Store.

Article 11 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Store shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
